2. MULTISCREW FEEDER
A multi screw feeder is a specialized equipment used in detergent cake plants to accurately and continuously feed bulk detergent mixture into Plodder. It consists of multiple intermeshing screws housed within an enclosure, which work in tandem to transport the materials from a hopper to downstream processes.

3. 3-ROLL MILL
Three chilled, hardened, hollow, polished rolls placed on inclined bed, with variable speeds, driven by geared motor, Complete with feed hopper, scrapping blade with adjustment for film removal, cooled water circulation arrangement in each roll.

4. DUPLEX VACUUM PLODDER
The DUPLEX TWIN WORM PLODDER is connected with the vacuum spray drier. Machine suitable to carry out the refining and the extrusion of toilet/laundry soaps noodles. All parts in contact with the product are AISI 304 stainless steel fabricated

1. VIBRO SIEVE
Spring loaded vibro sieve with special gyro rotating motor, SS-304 sieving media for powder raw materials sieving, oversize and undersize chutes complete with sturdy circular base frame

2. RIBBON BLENDER
This horizontal double ribbon mixer consist of horizontal U-shaped tank, top cover with (or without) openings, single shaft equipped with double layers ribbon mixing agitator, transmission unit, support frame, sealing element, discharge structure and so on. Ribbon blades are always two layers. Outer layer ribbon make materials get together from two ends to center and inner layer ribbon make materials spread from center to two ends. Materials forms vortex during repeatedly movement and homogeneous mixing are achieved.

3. SCREW CONVEYOR
MS fabricated screw conveyor for conveying detergent powder to cage mill machine.

4. CAGE MILL
MS body with SS-304 perforated toughened sieving media for sieving and breaking lumps of detergent powder. Complete with gearbox, top loading chute and bottom discharge by gravity to powder holding silo.
(D) LIQUID DETERGENT
- Mixing Tanks and Agitators: These are central to the process, used to mix and blend raw materials to a homogenous consistency. They often feature multi-impeller agitators to manage foaming and may have jackets for temperature control (heating/cooling).
- Storage Tanks: After mixing and a resting period to allow air bubbles to dissipate, the finished product is transferred to storage tanks before packaging.
- Pumps and Piping: Used to transfer raw materials to the mixers and the finished product to storage and packaging lines.
- Conveyor Systems: Belts, rollers, or chains that transport materials and products through the different stages of the plant, from raw materials to final packaging.
