For production of soap noodles or soap bars from soap making oils such as Palm Oil, Palm Stearin, Palm Kernel Oil etc., we offer our Batch Saponification consisting of Soap Crutcher and Continuous Saponification Process plants consisting of high recirculation pumps and multi tube reactors for efficient mixing and homogenized neat soap which is then fed to Vacuum Dryer plants to produce Soap Noodles / Soap Bars.
The Soap Noodles Plant / Soap Bars plant capacity ranges from 1,000 KGs Per Hour to 10,000 KGs Per Hour The Soap Noodles from Vacuum Dryer plants is then processed in Toilet Soap Finishing line.

2. DOUBLE WORM SIMPLEX REFINER
The Simplex refiner is designed for the homogenizing, refining and pelletizing of soap and similar products. The function of this machine is to receive the mixed laundry soap mass from the Sigma Mixer and hold it in its hopper. The hopper size is provided to suit the batch volume of the sigma mixer. The machine extrudes and refines the soap in the continuous noodle form and works as regulated feeding to 3-Roll mill by passing the soap uniformly and continuously to roll mill to function it efficiently.
3. 3-ROLL MILL
Three chilled, hardened, hollow, polished rolls placed on inclined bed, with variable speeds, driven by geared motor, Complete with feed hopper, scrapping blade with adjustment for film removal, cooled water circulation arrangement in each roll.
4. DUPLEX VACUUM PLODDER
The DUPLEX TWIN WORM PLODDER is connected with the vacuum spray drier. Machine suitable to carry out the refining and the extrusion of toilet/laundry soaps noodles. All parts in contact with the product are AISI 304 stainless steel fabricated
5. BELT CONVEYOR
PU/PVC cleated belt conveyors to transfer material from roll mill to plodder, stamping machine to plodder. Packing conveyors, In feed and Out feed conveyors to stamping machine, Bar Control Conveyors, S-Conveyors etc. for transferring of soap bars.
