Job description:
- Create and develops new and improved products,ideas,processes, protocols, techniques and systems for cosmeceutical products like serum, moisturisers, lotions etc
- Create and develops innovative and differentiated products/solutions
- Supports patent or Licensing applications and maintain confidentiality.
- Follows and supports current Good Manufacturing Practices and current Good Laboratory Practices
- Follow appropriate Lab safety practices
- Carries out research on assigned technology, concepts, technical opportunities, materials
- Identifies and evaluates materials or technologies to assess technical performance
- Proactively scans and researches new concepts, materials and technical opportunities
