A) Oil Extraction Plant
We can offer oil milling solution for various materials, such as palm kernels, copra, coconut, sunflower seeds, soybeans, peanuts, rice bran, etc. According to the different characteristics of different raw materials, we could design specifically for each customer.
B) Refining Plant
The oil getting from oil pressing or extraction plant certainly contain different amounts of non-oil impurities, such as mechanical impurities, free fatty acid, colloid, pigment, stink substances, moisture and wax, etc. These impurities will directly change the oil’s color, smell, taste, transparency, stability degree and nutrition, which not only affect the edible value, but also make the oil easy to deteriorate when storing.
The purpose of oil refining process is to remove all kinds of impurities, and make the least damage to the neutral oil and natural antioxidants so as to produce high quality oil produces.
C) Oil Fractionation Plant
Fractionation process consists of a controlled cooling of the oil, thereby inducing a partial, or ‘fractional’, crystallization. The remaining liquid (olein) is then separated from the solid fraction (stearin) by means of filtration process.
Fractionation is the process where the crystallization of saturated triglyceride takes place in mechanical equipment called the crystallizer. Crystallized oil is further passed through a filter where the separation of solid and liquid phases takes place. The solid phase remains in the chamber. The liquid phase comes out through the taps and is collected in the storage tank.
